Projects built and delivered for service-based founders. Each project was scoped to the founder's working style, fully documented, and handed over.

Automations

Every workflow below has been built and delivered for a client.
Automation | Make Receipts Filed and Logged, Automatically
The problem A brand strategist was manually saving every invoice and receipt, opening each one, and typing the data into a spreadsheet by hand. Hours of work every month that did not need a person.
The fix We mapped out and built an automation in Make that watches a dedicated Gmail folder for incoming invoices and receipts. Each document is automatically moved to the right Google Drive folder, AI reads it, extracts the financial data, and logs it directly into her spreadsheet. It feeds her financial reporting and business dashboard without anyone touching it, giving her back hours every month.
Outcome Hours of manual data entry removed from her month. Receipts are filed, logged, and feeding her financial reporting without anyone touching them.
Automation | Claude AI + Slack An Inbox That Sorts Itself, With a Human Still Deciding
The problem A founder running multiple businesses had inbox volume with no consistent way to work out what actually needed attention first.
The fix I built an AI system that reads every incoming email, proposes what it is and where it should go, and drafts a reply in the founder's own voice, trained on how he actually writes. Nothing sends or files itself. Every action needs a one-click human confirmation before it happens.
Outcome Close to 150 hours a year taken out of reading and drafting, with the final call still made by a person every time.
Automation | Claude AI Meetings That Turn Into Tasks, Automatically
The problem Meeting transcripts were piling up unread, over 200 a year, each one holding decisions nobody was tracking.
The fix I built a pipeline that files and summarises every transcript the moment it lands, and turns what was actually decided into owned, trackable tasks.
Outcome Every meeting now has a paper trail and a task list, without anyone writing either by hand.

Client & Booking Systems

Built and delivered for a client, end to end.
Client System | Acuity + Square + Zapier A Booking System That Runs Itself
The problem A mobile, appointment-based service business was taking bookings on a manual form, capturing no payment upfront, sending no automatic reminders, and writing every inspection report by hand after each job.
The fix I built an end-to-end booking system: zone-based scheduling, card capture and tiered client discounting at checkout, automatic booking confirmations and reminders, and a workflow that pre-fills and sends the job report the moment a booking is made.
Outcome Hours of admin taken out of every week, and clients hearing back faster because the system responds before the founder has to.

Governance & Documentation

The systems that hold a business together when it's not just one person running it.
Notion Workspace + SOPs A Business Run on Documented Systems, Not Memory
The problem A founder running multiple businesses had years of process knowledge sitting in one person's head, with no consistent structure for information, tasks, or new hires.
The fix I built a governance framework and a Notion-based business system around it: an SOP library defining how information gets triaged and handled, a task and dashboard structure, and an onboarding system rebuilt from scratch for new hires.
Outcome New hires ramp up from a documented playbook instead of shadowing someone, and the systems hold when the founder isn't the one holding it all together.

Everything below was built for my own business. I use the same approach, the same tools, and the same thinking I bring to client work. These systems run Simple Solutions Studio every day, and they're proof of what I build working at scale in a real business.

Notion Workspaces

Every database, dashboard, and view below is live and in use.
Notion Workspace One Place for Everything in the Business
The problem The business lived across my head, my phone, Google Docs, and pieces of paper. Finding anything took longer than doing the actual work.
The fix I built a single Notion workspace that runs the whole business. Daily tasks, leads, client documents, email templates, social content, and time tracking all in one place. One subscription doing the work of several tools: CRM, project management, social media, and more. Easy to update, easy to find anything, easy to maintain.
Outcome One subscription replaced multiple tools. Everything from leads to content to time tracking lives in one place, searchable and current.
Notion Workspace | Notion AI AI That Already Knows Your Business
The problem Most AI tools give generic answers because they have no context. Every time you open a new tab you are starting from scratch and re-explaining everything from the beginning.
The fix I built custom AI agents that live directly inside the Notion workspace where the business runs. Because everything is already there, the AI has the context before you ask a single question. You are not re-explaining your business every time you open a new tab, which means better inputs and better outputs.
Outcome No more re-explaining the business to AI every time. Context-aware answers from day one, better inputs, better outputs.
Notion Workspace Time Tracked Without a Separate Tool
The problem Most time tracking tools sit disconnected from the rest of the business. The data exists but you have to export it, cross-reference it, and do the maths yourself before it tells you anything useful.
The fix I built a time tracker directly inside Notion. A Start Timer button on any task creates a linked time entry automatically. Every entry connects to the task, project, and client it belongs to, giving me a clear picture of where my time goes without opening anything else.
Outcome Clear visibility on where time goes across clients and projects, without opening a separate app or exporting anything.

Website Build

This site is one of the things it proves.
Website | Custom Build A Website Built to Just Work
The problem Most consultant websites run on a page builder platform, slow, generic, and one plugin update away from breaking.
The fix I built this site myself from scratch, set up so any change I make goes live within a minute or two, with no third-party platform or plugins in the way.
Outcome A fast, fully custom site I can update myself whenever I need to, without waiting on anyone else or paying a developer.

Financial Systems

Live and running the business's own books.
Notion + n8n + Cloudflare Dashboard A Custom Finance System Instead of a Monthly Subscription
The problem A monthly accounting subscription was costing real money for far more than a single-operator business actually needed.
The fix I built a replacement from the ground up: Notion holds the data, automated workflows handle invoice sending, follow-ups and monthly bank reconciliation, and a custom-built dashboard gives me a proper interface without paying for one.
Outcome The subscription is gone, the system does only what I actually need, and I own every part of it.

Automations

Every workflow below is live and in use.
Automation | n8n A Full Content Pipeline Inside One Tool
The problem Ideas in one place, writing in another, images in a third, scheduling in a fourth. By the time a post goes live you have touched five different platforms and still do not know what worked.
The fix I built a content pipeline that lives inside Notion. From idea, to writing assisted by AI, all approvals, image creation, scheduling, and analytics, every step happens in one place without having to go anywhere else. There is even an Instagram grid preview so you can check your feed looks right before anything goes live.
Outcome Idea to published post without leaving Notion. No more juggling five platforms to get one piece of content live.
Automation | n8n All Your Social Analytics, Without the Platform Hopping
The problem Checking performance means logging into Instagram, then Threads, then Facebook, then LinkedIn separately. Most people stop bothering, so the data never gets used and you have no real picture of what is working across platforms.
The fix I built connected workflows in n8n that pull reach, saves, follows, and engagement back into Notion every day automatically. Everything is in one place, cross-platform, updated without any manual work. You can actually see what is performing and compare it without switching between apps.
Outcome Cross-platform performance data updated daily, in one place, without logging into a single social media app.
Automation | n8n + Claude AI An Inbox That Manages Itself
The problem Half the time spent in an inbox is deciding what actually needs action before any real work starts.
The fix I built an automation in n8n that scans the inbox four times a day and uses Claude AI to sort it. Emails that need action become tasks in Notion with the name, priority, category, and suggested due date already filled in. Everything else is labelled and cleared automatically.
Outcome Email triage happens four times a day without any manual sorting. Actionable items become tasks automatically.
Automation | n8n + Claude AI A Clear Starting Point Every Morning
The problem Opening your inbox, calendar, and task list first thing means processing three separate things before you have made a single decision.
The fix I built a morning briefing workflow in n8n that runs at 5am every working day. It pulls unread emails, today's calendar, and active tasks from Notion, uses Claude AI to surface what actually needs attention that day, and sends it as a single email. One thing to read before the day starts.
Outcome One email at 5am with everything that needs attention that day. No more opening three tools to work out where to start.
Automation | n8n + Stripe Clients Set Up the Moment They Pay
The problem A completed payment used to mean a checklist of manual jobs. Send the welcome email, share the intake form, create the Google Drive folder. Small tasks that all depended on me being available at the right moment.
The fix I built a workflow in n8n that triggers the moment Stripe confirms a payment. The welcome email goes out immediately, the intake form link is included, and the Google Drive folder is already created. The client has everything they need before I have seen the notification.
Outcome From payment to fully set up client, under three minutes, with no manual steps required.
Automation | n8n + Gmail + Notion Every Client Email Logged Without Lifting a Finger
The problem Client correspondence lived in an inbox, disconnected from the CRM, with no record of who I'd spoken to or when.
The fix I built a daily workflow that scans sent and received email, matches it against my client list, and logs each conversation into the CRM with a link back to the original email and any attachments.
Outcome A complete, automatic correspondence history for every client, with nobody copying anything across by hand.
Automation | Task Allocation A Day That Starts Already Prioritised
The problem Starting the day meant looking at a full task list and working out from scratch what actually needed doing first.
The fix I built a daily automation that looks at what's due, what's overdue, and what's waiting, and sorts the day's task list by what actually matters, before I've opened anything.
Outcome The day starts with a clear order of operations instead of a flat list I have to triage myself.
Automation | Claude AI Meeting Notes That Become Tasks on Their Own
The problem Meeting notes and transcripts piled up with decisions and follow-ups buried inside them, easy to forget once the meeting ended.
The fix I built a pipeline that reads every meeting transcript and turns what was actually decided into tracked tasks, without going back through the recording or notes.
Outcome Nothing agreed on a call gets lost, without spending time after every meeting writing it all up.
Scheduled Task | Weekly Ops Review A Weekly Check-In With the Business, Without Me Running It
The problem Keeping a real handle on how the business was tracking week to week meant sitting down and pulling it together manually, the first thing to slip when things got busy.
The fix I built a scheduled weekly review that pulls together what happened across the business and surfaces what needs attention, on its own, every week.
Outcome A consistent weekly pulse on the business that doesn't depend on me remembering to run it.
